April & May Art Workshops

The next session for Sat. Children/Teen art classes starts April 13th.  These Saturday classes are ongoing, but paid for in 5 week sessions. Because I keep class sizes small, students get individualized attention and learn a variety of techniques and media such as: drawing fundamentals, oil painting, pastels, sculpture, printmaking and mixed media. The last session before the summer will be from May 18 – June 15, then I will have two  5-day Art Camp Workshops, one week in July, and one in August.

I am planning on scheduling an adult class in June, so if you have requests for media, techniques or days/times, let me know!  I am considering a painting or printmaking workshop, and later in the year, once we have some kick wheels and the wood-firing kiln built, will schedule a pottery and sculpture workshop.

One-Day Art Workshops and Art Workshop Parties:

Also, I have a small group of homeschoolers who plan on scheduling longer one-day art workshops to save travel time and accommodate everyone’s schedules better.  I can do the same for birthday parties, Ladies Night Outs, scout groups, etc.  Just email or call with the dates/times you have in mind, and I’ll check my studio schedule to see what works.

Pre-register for upcoming workshops on the Pre-registration page and let me know your comments or suggestions on the Contact page.
