The inaugural Port Colborne Artsweek 2015 is a new community initiative planned by a consortium of resources including:
The City of Port Colborne
Friends of Roselawn Centre (FORC)
Community Artists Niagara (CAn)
A week long selection of courses in a variety of arts are available to interested parties of all ages and will take place from Monday, August 17 through Friday August 21. There will be 1/2 day, full day and multi-day courses offered.
Classes will take place in a variety of spaces in the City of Port Colborne. The Roselawn Centre of Living Arts and Port Colborne High School have studios, shops and classrooms equipped to accommodate the needs of each class.
I’ll be teaching two classes for Port Colborne ArtsWeek at the Port Colborne High School Aug.17 to 21: Art FUNdamentals for ages 7 to 10, and Non-Toxic Oil Painting Methods for adults.
