Upcoming Art Workshops!
Children’s Sat. Art Classes Start Oct. 26th – All children workshops include materials and supplies and meet in 5 week sessions throughout the year. Students will learn the basics and gain experience in drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture. Great for both beginning students and advanced students who want to work with a variety of media or concentrate on one particular media. Ages 7 and up. (New students can start after the first class – contact Wendy for details.)
March Break Art Camp – March 10 -15 Mon. to Fri. 9:30am – noon. Get more details on the March Break Art Camp page
Adult Painting Workshops– Wed. Dec. 3rd 10am- 2pm and/or Wed. Jan. 8 10am- 2pm $40 each day (including supplies) Whichever media of paint you like to work in or would like to learn: oil, acrylic or watercolour. You’ll learn the basics, develop new skills and/or learn new techniques and are for all skill levels. Workshops include supplies, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Adult Printmaking & Card Design Workshop Nov. 13 10am-1:30pm– In this one-day workshop you learn basic printmaking so you can duplicate your images for artwork and card designs. We’ll also cover some basics in watercolours, acrylic, collage & mixed media. Great workshops for creating unique, personalized cards, journals or albums. Workshops are for all skill levels.
Gift Certificate & Gift Ideas: Wendy has gift certificates, Paint Party and art supply kits available for gift giving, so if relatives are at a loss for what to get for the holidays or any upcoming birthdays, you can refer them to the website or have them contact Wendy.
Most of Wendy’s art classes and art workshop have between 5 to12 students attending, so students get individual attention. Please pre-register for the class(es) you, or your child, would like to attend to reserve your spot, as classes can fill up fast. The best way is to complete the Pre-Registration form , or you can call 905.899.4429. This ensures a place is available before you make a payment.
If you have already confirmed that a place is available for an upcoming class or workshop, you can pay for the Art Workshop or art class you will be attending, by going to the Workshop area of Wendy’s Store
