My Day 3 painting is of a young “muckle coo”; a Scottish Highland Cow. I found a small herd of Highland Cattle while “taxiing” my daughter and asked the owner if I could take reference photos. Amazing to find Highland Cattle here in Ontario, but surprisingly there are a few up the road from our hobby farm, the ones I found, and some in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This young fellow was quite curious at me taking photos and stood up to get a better view of me.
