If you have not been to the Niagara Pumphouse Art Centre on Ricardo St in Niagara-on-the-Lake, it is a wonderful historic building and a great place to visit, if you are in the area. Built in 1891 on the banks of the Niagara River, the building housed pumps and filter tanks supplying water to the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake until 1983. In 1993 it was restored and turned into the visual arts centre. You can invite your Facebook friends too! The exhibit runs from February 20th – April 26th, 2015. The Pumphouse is open 12-4 PM weekdays (all year) and 1-4 PM on weekends (April – December).
