If you miss my prior posts, I have decided to create small Acrylic Paint Pouring Paintings using different techniques, surfaces, or ideas for this year’s 30 Paintings in 30 Days Challenge. Today’s painting, “Indigo Dream”, is painted on a ceramic tile. The photo was taken prior to adding an art epoxy resin since I was afraid of too much glare, but the glossy finish really brings out the depth of the painting. The painting could be a functional artwork, and used as a trivet or coaster, because of the resilient finish of the epoxy resin, or would look lovely framed in a floating frame on the wall.
