Fundraiser Paint Parties to Support the Animals

Animals have always been an important part of my life, not only my own pets, but rescuing the little creatures that either I found or seem to find me.  I am happy to be able to help those organizations that help needy animals find their forever homes.  For all my Fundraiser Paint Parties 29-30% of the ticket sales go to the organization.

Evening Dragonfly DanceDuring May and June we have several events scheduled.  The first is on May 29th, a fundraiser Paint Party to support B.A.R.K. at Monty’s Gastropub in St. Catharines. We’ll be painting “Evening Dragonfly Dance” and will have a raffle/auction table to raise additional funds.

Our first Paint Your Pet Paint Party benefiting the Welland & District Humane Society at Moku’s Hawaiian Restaurant in Fonthill sold out very quickly and everyone did great! (See more pictures of the first one in the Studio Facebook photo albums.)

About B.A.R.K:

Boudreaux’s Animal Rescue Krewe (B.A.R.K.) is a 501c(3) non-profit animal welfare organization and NO-KILL animal shelter in Alexandria, Louisiana. We are determined and inspired to rescue homeless and/or unwanted dogs in our area because there are simply too many dogs that end up in shelters and get euthanized regularly. We rely heavily on our volunteers, donations, and fund raisers to supply the needs, care and shelter to continue to save these animal’s lives.  They recently purchased a new trailer to transport animals to the Niagara region, and other areas, to save them and find them safe, loving, forever homes.  You can visit their Facebook page for more information.

About Carters Forever Rescue:

Carter was an amazing dog, who happened to be a pit bull, who was brought to us for boarding.  With the personal situation Carter’s owner was going through, he never returned to take him back.  Carter lived his life out with us, here.  Carter’s situation started us on a new venture and passion.  Making sure all surrendered dogs, regardless of breed, are in safe, loving and caring homes.   Dogs that are hard to place due to breed or age will always have a retirement home with us to allow them to live out their lives; happy, properly treated and cared for.

We hope to open up minds and hearts of people, to bring awareness to how remarkable the pit bull breeds are.

We are always in need of additional funding.  All of our staff are volunteers so 100% of the donations we receive go to helping the animals.

About Beamsville 4Paw Rescue:

Beamsville 4Paw Rescue is a Non-Kill Rescue. Their program does not have shelters or kennels but depends on private foster home within the Niagara and surrounding areas.

One hundred percent of all monies earned, donated and raised in their own events, such as Penny Sales, Draws, Garage Sales and Bake Sales go to helping the four-legged friends and their families. Their  adoption fee includes spaying or neutering and helps cover their costs in caring for the animals.

Big thanks to our hosting restaurants, Monty’s Gastropub, McGregor’s Pub & Grill and Gusto Trattoria, for letting us use their space!  My husband and I always go out for a meal at any of my new Paint Party venues.  The food and service has been great at all my Paint Party venues.  A good variety to appeal to everyone. So please support our restaurants too, and make a night of it!  Come on out early for a great meal, or order snacks and drinks while you paint!

You can get the details and purchase your tickets to all of our upcoming Paint Parties on our Paint Party events page.
